Boeckeler Instruments Pte Ltd is a privately-owned company that engineers sample preparation equipment for nanoscale research, under the RMC Boeckeler product line. Our solutions are employed in both life sciences and materials research, with special emphasis in sample preparation for 3D electron microscopy.

The use of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Scanning Probe Microscopy, and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) requires care and precision during the sample preparation process for best results.
